Terms of service
Clear operating terms for a calling and scheduling product that always keeps a human accountable for go-live decisions.
Effective 11 July 2026
Using Heyatron
These terms apply when you access or use Heyatron. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and may use the service only for a business or organization you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the users, locations, content, phone routes, and integrations configured in your workspace.
AI calls and customer communications
Heyatron uses automated systems to answer or place calls and complete configured tasks. You must use the service only where you have a lawful basis to contact or assist the person, respect calling hours and suppression requests, provide legally required AI or recording disclosures, and maintain an appropriate human escalation path. Heyatron must not be used for emergency services, deceptive impersonation, harassment, or unlawful cold calling.
Bookings and payments
Heyatron can create, move, and cancel appointments and restaurant reservations according to workspace rules. It does not collect customer deposits, card payments, or food orders in the current product. The business remains responsible for service delivery, pricing, cancellations, refunds, capacity decisions, and any separate payment process.
Your content and customer data
You retain responsibility for the business information, customer data, scripts, files, and instructions you provide. You give Heyatron permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. Extracted business knowledge remains a draft until an authorized user publishes it.
Accounts and security
Keep account credentials and connected-provider access secure, restrict access to authorized staff, and promptly report suspected compromise. Workspace roles and location access must reflect each user’s real responsibilities. You may not probe, disrupt, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse Heyatron or another workspace’s data.
Availability and integrations
The service is evolving and may include pilots or country-specific provider limitations. Telephony, AI, calendar, carrier, and messaging integrations depend on third parties and may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable in a particular country. We do not promise a carrier, phone number, transfer, or calendar action until it has passed the relevant live test and go-live gate.
Fees and changes
Any subscription, setup fee, usage rate, credit allowance, or renewal term must be shown in an accepted order or plan before it applies. We may change the product or these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to account holders.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect customers, providers, or the platform; investigate misuse; comply with law; or address unpaid agreed fees. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, billing, or dispute resolution.
Disclaimers and liability
Heyatron is provided on an as-available basis. Automated conversations and extracted information can be incomplete or wrong, so important knowledge, routing, and booking rules must be reviewed before go-live. To the extent permitted by law, Heyatron is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party provider failure, or business decisions made without the required human review. Mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
