Speed to lead
The time between an inbound lead's action and your first real response. Shorter generally converts better.
Warm lead
Someone who already showed interest — a demo request, webinar signup, form fill, or prior opportunity — as opposed to a cold contact.
Calling window
The hours and timezone you allow calls in. Anything outside it waits until the window reopens.
AI disclosure
