Glossary
Terms, defined
- Speed to lead
- The time between an inbound lead's action and your first real response. Shorter generally converts better.
- Warm lead
- Someone who already showed interest — a demo request, webinar signup, form fill, or prior opportunity — as opposed to a cold contact.
- Calling window
- The hours and timezone you allow calls in. Anything outside it waits until the window reopens.
- AI disclosure
- Telling the person on the call that they're speaking with AI. Heyatron discloses when asked and never pretends to be human.
